Short description: preparatory activity consisted of the initial (draft) research instrument for in-depth interview research, setting the dates for upcoming conferences and booked them in our calendars. Overviewed the plan of activities for the first international conference, discussed preliminary agenda of the event. Technical, logistical and implementation details: collecting and storage of financial documentation, participants list, GDPR aspect, child protection policy for participants under 18 years, live streaming of the conference, photo making. Research plan, dissemination and project’s visibility actions and requirements. Other partnership countries responsibilities and need-to-do tasks during the project, project’s handout.

Event 1
Participation: The event involved 80 citizens, including 76 participants from the city Rome of Italy, including 2 participants from the city Kaunas of Lithuania, including 2 participants from the city Riga of Latvia.
Location / Dates: The event took place in Rome, Italy, from 23/03/2022 to 25/03/2022.
Short description: The aim of the event was comparison of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights and Treaties of Rome documents and debate their significance and importance for today’s society, public debates.
Event 2
Participation: The event involved 52 citizens, including 48 participants from the city Riga of Latvia, including 2 participants from the city Kaunas of Lithuania, including 2 participants from the city Rome of Italy.
Location / Dates: The event took place in Riga, Latvia from 16/05/2022 to 18/05/2022.
Short description: The aim of the event was to share interim insights about interview research which was being implemented. In practical manner participants learnt to apply the European Charter of Fundamental Rights and to evaluate real life situations and cases.
Event 3
Participation: The event involved 93 citizens, including 89 participants from the city Kaunas of Lithuania, including 2 participants from the city Rome of Italy, including 2 participants from the city Riga of Latvia.
Location / Dates: The event took place in Kaunas, Lithuania from 21/09/2022 to 23/09/2022.
Short description: The aim of the event was to show finalized interview research process and final research report with results and insights were presented for citizens attending the conference. The multimedia presentation (review of the documentary movie) also took place.
