European Remembrance Project „NICE: Nobody Ignores the Charter of Europe”
NICE: Nobody Ignores the Charter of Europe is a project to show the importance of human rights in the lives of every member of society. The aim of the debate, interviews and other activities is to highlight the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights, adopted twenty years ago, and the public values that it defines.
First International meeting with representatives from Lithuania (Unique Projects), Italy (Consiglio Italiano Del Movimento Europeo) and Latvia (Social Innovation Center) will take place in Rome on March 22-25, 2022.
Main event will be held in CNEL (Consiglio Nazionale dell’economia e del lavoro), Rome March 23rd. Main topics will be: legal guarantees and charter of the European Union, European Convention of Human Rights, perception of human rights in different countries of Europe, public debates about EU Charter and many more.
Project is funded by the European Union, Europe for Citizens programme.
